Something not right?

Description

Nice Cracker Barrel close to the Highway, you are allowed to park on the north or west side of the building. Got in at 8:30 and headed out a 7am without any issues :)

No RV parking spots, so if you take up more than a regular parking spot, the restaurant seems to prefer, that you come in as late as possible and leave as early as possible in the morning.

Latest Check-Ins

Stayed without any issues and would stay again; however we have had better nights at Cracker Barrel.

First off; there is no RV parking. We went in and asked, and they told us to park in the back and take up as few spots as possible. Our understanding was, that they didn't want overnighters taking up more than one spot during opening hours due to relatively limited parking.

We could however back our 25-foot RV into a parking spot in the back of the lot right next to the trash shed. While we were out of the way there, we also stepped right out of the door and into food waste on the ground - so if we were to stay again, we would park a few spots away from the shed.

There is a Planet Fitness right behind the Cracker Barrel and that seems to attract quite a bit of (loud) traffic into the evening and early night. But it didn't disturb our sleep.

There was 2 other campers spending the night in their vans.

Report Check-In

wouldn't recommend. this part of the lot is small, bright and right by the major road. no other campers around soo felt weird staying there. there is a bass pro shop just down the road that has a dark lot and allows camping. I stayed there instead, a little generator noise from an RV and the same road noise that is at cracker barrel
