Beautiful spot. I was the only one here so I got to park on the level part of the parking lot.
Report Check-InGood place for a one nighter. Just across the tracks. Surprising amount of road noise. And several trains per night.
This is a construction storage yard. I guess they were planning to use it in the morning. I was laying about just before dawn when a 18 wheeler was turning in to the lot. I heard a truck slow down, then terrible wheels scretching, then BANG. The car behind the truck did not realize he was stoping for the turn and plowed into it at highway speed. Amazingly, the driver was able to walk away. It took an hour to clear the wreck before I could exit.
Report Check-InStopped here late in the evening and we were the only rig here. a nice reprieve from the heat in the nearby cities. It was 20 deg cooler here than in Pasco, OR, where we had stopped for dinner. Although 2 trains had passed by during the night, it was otherwise a peaceful night. Good 5G cell service on T-Mobile.
Report Check-InLike already said, the parking lot slopes so it's hard to find a level spot. Next to railroad track; had 3 trains pass in the night; not near a crossing so no horns.

Huge, open gravel lot. Only really level on the North edge of the lot. This is a hunting preserve, so it might fill up when the birds here are in season. Other than that, it's really pretty!
