Description

Two beautiful cenotes on this property. Owned/ managed by a lovely family. They have landscaped everything beautifully - stunning nature all around. 200MX per person including camping, which we thought was a lot at first until we saw the cenotes and we were the only ones there. Dog was free and she had so much space to run around. Worth every peso - we gave them an extra 100 tip. One cenote is underground and well lit, great to see in the evenings, the other is naturally lit from 10am and is approx 10 mins walking from the campsite - the owner walks you there and you can stay as long as you like totally alone. Amazing experience.

We arrived just after 5pm which was perfect - can't check in much after 6pm. Do not follow Google maps, unless on moto or small car as branches are too low for big rigs. Instead, take the long road and there is much better clearance for taller rigs - takes longer but way less stressful! When heading towards Homun from Cuzama on the 10, turn right at these coords: 20.741165,-89.307939 then follow on Maps until you reach Mani Chan.

Clean basic toilets and showers. They light campfires in the evening. Small tienda with basic snacks. We found these cenotes from all the amazing reviews and photos on Google maps, and we're so glad we did - it is so peaceful here and so nice to visit clean, quiet cenotes without any other tourists

As others have said two wonderful cenotes, just like the instagram photos you see. I paid $410 pesos for 2 nights camping, cenote access and one meal. Lovely spot, quite busy during the day with visitors coming and going but has a good atmosphere. They take you on a tuk-tuk to the larger underground cenote (included in the price). YouTube:

Really great spot! The prices we saw were $200/person for camping with 2 cenotes. $350/person for camping with 3 cenotes as well as a meal each. We opted for the food and they let us split one of the meals for dinner and the other for lunch the following day. Very kind family and they are clearly passionate about hospitality.

Really worth it and a good example if you would like to have some typical cenotes of the area. We think no more is needed. Very beautiful. Mani-Chan was our favorite. Small but nice and we were alone.
1 night camp with 2 cenotes = 200 ppp
1 night camp with 3 cenotes = 300 ppp
Just 3 cenotes 230 ppp
A nice guy drive you from one to another.
The way in from the west is possible also for big rigs. It is cutted and they are very friendly, so if there is a need to cut more, they would do it.

Absolutely worth to visit ! 2 wonderful Cenotes which I had on my own in the morning. Great camping spot as well if you wanna stay overnight. It’s so quiet and peaceful and the family is very kind.

We loved it!
Very friendly and welcoming family, beautiful Campground. We had to park in the parking lot, but its right next to it.
A lot of shade, so we didn‘t felt to hot.

Gets busier at weekends (just the cenote) with tours. If you want to swim alone, go in the morning.

They drive you to the 2nd Cenote free of charge (propina if you want) and bring you back as well. Both Cenotes are beautiful!

Very quiet night. I don’t know if the family is staying in the night - felt like they left and we were the only ones there.
Recommend to arrive before 5pm - otherwise no one is there to check you in (might be okay to pay the next morning).

400p for 2p in a Van + Cenotes

Amazing spot, there has been a forest fire (not too long ago?) and the outer area is a bit shrubby. The main area was unaffected and still looks great though. Cenotes are beautiful, especially in the morning when no one else is there.

We loved this place! Carlos and his family were so kind, and we really enjoyed the 3 cenotes where we were alone. Highly recommend!

Report Check-In

they have cutted the trees so it is possible from both sides to reach the cenote with taller vehicles. we are 3,45 m/11.3 feet and had no problems. 200/person includes camping, dinner for 135/person (simple but delicious).

Incredivly beautiful site and cenotes. Very friendly owner family, excellent food at a fair price. Cenote Mani Chan is breathtaking, 200 pP /24 h is money well spent, includes transport to and from 2nd Cenote Cleotilde, too. We were all alone, had everything to ourselves

Report Check-In

A must stop, we had both Cenotes all to ourselves. Carlos was a great host and made us feel very welcome.

As everybody already said: this is a very nice gem. The owner is very friendly, cenote is not busy and the campsite is really cute.

fantastic spot, very quiet and nice facilities. the centote on site was beautiful, the one outside camp was nice a bit bigger but full of bees, still beautiful though. staff were very friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend it.

beautiful place... best so far i seen in a campsite. no electricity though. worth every single cents and we eat their food..cheap and super delicious.. only thing they can improve is to put a signboard at the roadside showing the way into this cenotes campsite.. worth every cent to come

Absolutely stunning, once we made it in. I spent an hour on the roof of our RV clearing branches, while Leeann inched forward. A young man who works at the Cenote was leaving, but turned around, then came back with machetes. He joined me on the roof, until we made it to the parking lot. Our roof is 9 feet, another foot with the AC. Even with all the clearing we did, I'd be careful if you're 9 feet or higher, especially with a rubber roof!

We had a supergood stay here .. You are likely the only camper there avd so you have the cenotes for youre own too .. Still 200pppn but absolutely worth it!

As others have said, this is a lovely campsite and the family is rightfully proud of their cenotes and campground. Our three-meter van did not have a problem with the road but bigger rigs might. To get here turn at the church onto Carretería Cuzama (Calle 14) south out of Cuzama towards Chunkanan 3.2 kms. Turn left and drive 1.7 km down a narrow dirt road and turn right at the Mani Chan Cenote sign.

A magical beautiful place to stay. The cenotes and this place are worth the price. Very friendly owners and very quiet. Basic showers and toilets. You can also sit outside, there are tables and chairs.

Could come here with our truck camper 3.3 meter high because of the trees :(

Everything that was already written is true. What a wonderful place to visit two beautiful cenotes, visit a very friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic family who want to tell you all about their Maya culture and also the cenotes. If you take the tours (200 ps per person) you can stay overnight on the parking lot. They also offer a traditional Mayan meal if you like to try that. (100 ps per person). Very tasteful.
So all in all it's worth to visit!!

The most beautiful and secluded Cenotes we visited. At night we were complety alone. It was one of the most silent camping spots in Mexico for us :D

Report Check-In

Wonderful spot. Paid 200p for camping for one night one person.

Only saw one of the two cenotes but it was amazing and, on a weekday, I was the only one here. Well kept gardens, basic amenities (shower, toilet). No WiFi, no power (I don't think). Spotty Telcel - not enough for streaming or video calls but enough for basic browsing and texts.

Also, be sure to arrive before 530pm otherwise there's no one here.

Google directions were perfect for me and my van (2.3m high).

Owners very friendly. Dog friendly. No English.

Bel endroit tres calme

As described previously. Amazing cenotes with very few visitors, not to be missed. We arrived at 6:45 and luckily just caught the owners leaving. We camped on the well kept lawn/ garden under the trees. Everything great. The owners gave a lovely 15 minute tour of the first cenote and then left us to swim in the cave at night. Then spent all next day swimming in the crystal clear semi- open 2nd cenote, which the light hits starting around 9am. The Mayan family was so nice and welcoming and made us feel at home. 100 pesos per person for entrance to the two cenotes and 100 for camping p/p. We drove on the dirt road to arrive in a tiny rental car, carefully but without problem.
