Description

Sites with palapas, grills and shelter on the beach. Every site has a nice view. Clean facilities but no hot water. Next to the Conaf
office. 7500 pp. Several camping options in the area, we chose this one since it sits directly across from the island. You can not fill your water tank in your rv because all water has to be trucked in.

Paid 20.000CLP for 2 with a small van. Beautiful place but only cold showers and no electricity on site. very weak movistar signal if you walk around. Saw penguins all the time swimming in Front of the beach

Report Check-In

Camping, sin luz ,ni agua en el sitio,baños,duchas y área de lavado son comunes, cada sitio tiene una parrilla

Report Check-In

It certainly is a nice campground. Someone has indicated that there is wifi available here, but there isn’t.

Report Check-In

Beautiful campsite, stunning location overlooking the island. We paid 12,000 each which is steep but considering the location, I didn’t mind one bit. Very spread out sites so lots of privacy. Each site has a little covered hut with picnic table, BBQ and you can fit a tent underneath if it’s a 2 or 3 man. A little windy but nothing terrible, and it died down after 8pm. Toilets were clean enough, water available and a couple of restaurants only a 2 minute drive away or 15 minute walk. An absolutely to die for location and so few people around, perfect!!!!

Report Check-In

10,000 per person. Nice shaded campsites on the beach with gate.

Report Check-In

I thought this was a great campground. lovely individual sites with table/roof/grill/low wall for wind protection for cooking. charged 10'000 pesos for one person bicycle/tent. I seemed to be the only person camping despite it being Saturday night. huge place but the sites are all spread out nicely

Report Check-In

magnificent track to get there, off-season atmosphere but the site is very wild, beautiful. Dilapidated infrastructure, expensive 10 per person.

Report Check-In

very nice campground. covored sites with fireplace and table

Report Check-In

good Campsite between Rocks and beach. bathroom OK, cold Water only. 12.000 ppn is a Lot but thats Life...

Report Check-In

Compared to the other camping grounds, this is certainly the nicest, away from the road and very spacious. However, compared to the services (cold shower, a covered bench and a grill) it is very pricy at 12000pp.

Report Check-In

As described before, stunning views, and camping under palapa. Very windy, and hard soul, but plenty of rocks to anchor your tent. Miguel and Rosario are very kind and helpful. 10,000 pesos per person. Clean bathrooms and showers (cold), bur being your toilet paper. They can sell you drinking water, ans alloq you to use their kitchen, if you must. Miguel said he would provide me with hot water in a thermo, but I had my camping stove.
Restaurants in the inlet (caleta), 1km up the road. Nice hiking trails around. I had the place almost for myself. Awesome site to unwind and rest.

Report Check-In

10.000 a night/pers and you have a cold shower.
The facilities are OK. it's too expensive.

Report Check-In

Not very clean and a very rowdy partycrowd during our visit. At 10,000 pp this place is way overpriced.

Report Check-In

We went here but prices went up 10000clp pp, not worth at all then. It seems that all beaches here in the national park are owned by privates. We decided to go just outside of the park to El Refugio beach

Report Check-In

Great place with fantastic view! There’s wifi at the reception. No hot water but if you’re brave there’s cold showers! You can charge water in the motor home but paying 7000 CH for 50L

Report Check-In

As described previously a great place to enjoy the beach. We had the chance to arrive right when the summer school holidays break finished so really quite and peaceful, we had almost the whole resort for us 👍👍!

Report Check-In

beautiful campsite right at the beach with view of the island.

there are bbqs at each side and a shelter

you can ask art reception for WiFi, but signal will only reach reception area

clean restroom, but water is cold. recommended to have your own soap and toilet paper as there never was any

Nice sites next to the beach. As described.
10000 for 2 in a truck camper.

Report Check-In

10,000 for 2 people and our van. Nice spot right in front of the beach. Clean bathrooms, tp, cold showers. Each spot has a grill, shade and picnic table. They have WiFi. Safe and quiet. Miguel was really nice.

Report Check-In

Great camping spot. Paid 10.000 for 2 pp and van. Miguel is the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet. Made us a bbq and supplied us with loooots of wine. Best spot in the area to camp

Report Check-In

Very pleasent stay; kind administrator/leaseholder, very active with projects.
Divisions are different now, ranging from Los Piqueros to El Soldado, with the cottages/cabañas in-between. Equipment quite renewed/modernized, specially at the end of El Soldado; a bit less at Los Piqueros.
Sort of Cafeteria at one side of the administration.

Report Check-In

Nice and pacefully place. Miguel is an heblpful owner. We stay in a windy kiosko place but no extremely windy. Clean toilletes (not papers) and cold showers. No Wifi. All solar system. No restaurant. Recomended. Nice views in front near beaches

Report Check-In

We were here off-season and paid 10K for two adults sleeping in the car. Really nice campground, small windshelters with BBQ-ish thing and table + bench inside. Very private and empty (at least now in winter).

Report Check-In

very friendly and beautiful. we had an amazing stay and can recommend it.

Report Check-In

Nice view, good price. We paid 15k for two adults and a kid. Basic utilities, no hot water. It was a great stop to Atacama.

A stunning location! Friendly, helpful owner. We paid $15,000 clp 2 people in a van off-season.

Super nice campsite at the wonderful beach. Don Miguel is a very friendly and helpful host. Showers and toilets are clean. I paid 7500CLP for one night at the weekend. 100% recommended!

Report Check-In

Very nice and friendly camping & lodge. 7,500 CLP per person in low season (8,500 in high season) per night. Spacious and quiet camping places with benches. Cold water to take very small showers. The camping is running by Don Miguel and his family. Happy to stay here (3 nights) and to support this amazing place!

really lovely campsite right at a stunning beach. quiet and relaxed. you have your own benches and grill. tons of shells at the beach.
only showers could be cleaned better as there are tons of people with sand.

Report Check-In

Safe & local run campsite. USB charging & light at night under the cabana with grill/table/chairs. Right on beach. Showers & toilets well maintained for such a remote location. Friendly local restaurants serving fresh seafood. Paid 5000 pp per night with camper. Great spot to watch pelicans & other birds

Very nice place. You have to check in before 19 hrs. Luckily they let us in. Very nice view. Cost 8500 pp.

Report Check-In

Eco facility in fragile ecosystem. Happy to support this facility for 7500 each. Cold showers were fresh. Effort being made to maintain and nurture in a country where this is a rarity. The cabanas look good but are pricy!

Report Check-In

Stayed here for two nights in low season ( begining of November). Entrance was closed but not locked. Nobody was around, only some locals camped here already. We entered anyway. Showers were locked, but toilets were open and clean. The place is very nice, directly at the beach. There are some marked walking trails starting at the nearby parc office. Before leaving we found the manager and payed 20000 for two person, two nights and a camper.

Report Check-In

7'500p/person in low season, 8500p/person in high season. If one wants to walk the senderos, an other 5000p/person is due for the parc entrance. Payable at the CONAF building 200m north of the camping.

Report Check-In

Clean, neat and efficiently run eco-friendly camp site. Friendly and helpful host speaks English and explains everything well. Slightly more expensive that the tired, delapidated alternatives nearby, and we're willing to pay the difference for environmental care, rather than careless profiteering. YMMV.
