Large free parking lot next to skate park, plenty of room for bigger rigs. One mile from the Capitol building. No signs re overnight parking. I wouldn't want to stay the night, seems like a hangout for local yoots.

Report Check-InGreat spot, just know your crowds.
Super social, made plenty of friends here. If you skate, definitely stop by and hang a while. Lots of different groups hanging out, skating, smoking, working on their vans. Plenty of space for bigger rigs.
Honestly, OP called it; it's a hangout for the "local yoots".
Stayed 3 nights and I'll definitely be back.
