We stumbled upon this spot while hiking.
Its nice and flat, there is no trash and the view is quit good!
The road up here is kind of steep and sandy, so i think you should have some decent tires or 4x4.
it's not hidden from the road, there is no water, i would stay a night but not longer.
You can camp in a tent, but the ground is sandy and I'm uncertain how well stakes would hold.
