Not for car access, but if you're cycling, you could come along this way, and you'd have your own two miles of beautiful beaches. A sand hill of ~30' gives an elevated view. I see a large channel where the whales nurse and play. pretty special place!
.. for access, you need to pay the $12 camping fee for the biosphere reserve, But then there's some facilities that come along with that. Find your way along to this place by going near to the very end of their campsites, and there's a small trail that goes up the hill. It's all vast open space up here.
