Camp in the parking lot - right next to the falls. You see the falls from the camp site. Flat. There's a path leading to an area where you can swim. Free. Accessible via a dirt road from Ponte Alta. 4x4 helpful, especially for the final 300 meters down to the parking lot.

I camped near the bridge, on the parking lot right by the river. You can easily enter the river to swim because there's a a flat rock at the botton of it. I even park my car on the river Just for a pic.
Report Check-InWith a tent, don't use the spot 15m before the parking spot. It is next to a termite colony that took place in my bag!! A lot of flies in the morning, too.
