The tour buses park down in a big parking lot where if you turn right you can go down to a quiet area. A small jungle road leads to a place where I camped with my bicycle.

We stayed one night at the huge parking lot (used to be an airport) in our van. We drove al the way to the right and had a very quiet night. Perfect to visit Chichen Itza in the morning when it’s not too crowded
