Description

Here are several nice campsports. Cross Divisaderos and from there follows the 10 km gravel road to the lake. We asked locals and they said it's ok to open the first gate. The lake itself is Zona Federal so we didn't drove down but did some nice walking. Nice mountain view and very quite. High clearance recommended but the road is in good condition for a mexican gravel road 😉

still a great place to camp with lots of birding and wildlife viewing.

Little correction. After walking around everywhere it looks like, you are allowed to drive to the viewpoints and camp in there. The viewpoint platform is not very trashed could fit bigger rigs and has a pretty view. Absoluty quite here.
