Something not right?

Description

Dirt Road along the power line among Saguaro cactus. Relatively easy to get to. We tow a 21 ft trailer and had no problem. Totally quiet except for Coyotes howling at night and some planes from nearby airport. Good Verizon cell service.

absolutely wonderful environment. quiet at night, lots of planes during the day from the nearby airport but bearable. Verizon was excellent. exploring in the saguaro forest was fascinating.

Report Check-In

As previously reviews noted: Quiet BLM land with lots of space for boondocking. We're just here for the nite, bit I can see spending more time here. There are other campers around, but they're mostly out of view. Sound carries pretty good here, so you can faintly make out voices. Great place to take in the sun and experience the winter desert with privacy!

exaclty as described, a few pullouts along the road

Lots of sites for high clearance. couldn't get far in 26ft class c but did stay a few nights.

Nice quiet and clean spot in a saguaro forest w/ views of the mountains & Newman Peak. Road in is likely a power line service road. A little overlander traffic during the day, one or two after dark. One “longterm” van with blue tarp on the way in. Enjoyable two nights stay in camper van. Picked up some cans and bottles, but overall clean. GAIA app shows BLM & State Trust Land. Solid Verizon service from 3 bars LTE to 5G, was able to hotspot phone to laptop.

As described above. Quiet & beautiful. 1 other van on the road in.

This is a very nice desert scrub site right up against peaks to the east. The road is right under very tall high voltage transmission lines. As you can see from the photo the area is very beautiful. I am getting good T-Mobile service here. Meanwhile, there is plenty of wood on the ground for campfires. The ground is sandy with a good amount of rocks, and the ground is somewhat hard packed. There is no noise from road traffic. Trains are barely audible from our spot. There are lots of planes (border patrol) during the day.

No one around away from the road Fire ring was made here flat land No amenities No trash can Must be self contained beautiful weather 30 minutes from town cell service is good great place for the dogs to run around
