Description

Go south on the first street just east of the TA truck station. A sign indicates no right turn for trucks. There are several places to park at the circle at the end of the street that would be suitable for a mid sized camper We stayed 1 night in our truck camper. It was dark, quite, and there were no other cars or campers. It’s bordered on one side by residential homes about 500 ft away and by pasture on the other side. AT&T cell coverage was okay.

Latest Check-Ins

There is a dumping station at RV.com (next door to Camping World). It does cost $15.

Report Check-In

We arrived at midnight. After 15 minutes two cars of police asked us our papers because the closer house from the dead end call them. We had to change for the truck stop.

Report Check-In

the TA truck stop is surrounded by drug use in the middle of town and you're certain to get robbed and stuff if you go there and it's not a safe area of Mount Shasta Forest is to the north, and I'm not sure where to go to the South but that's what I'm doing not going to stay here by talk to a full-time armed security guard at the TA last time and he said that there's a dirt road that's only a couple blocks from the truck stop that's a little bit better to the north
