Description
Nice sized rest stop along I80 Westbound in Wadsworth just East (28 minutes/ 29 miles) of Reno. Parked in the last spot at the end (near pet area). Rest stop is right along I80 so there is noise (if that bothers you). Very strong Verizon signal. Did not use restroom. From Nevada DOT site the facility offers: wireless internet, picnic tables, litter barrels, running water, telephones, flush toilets, RV Dump Station 5 truck parking spots and A.D.A. Access. State of NV (from my research) does not prohibit sleeping in vehicles as that is why they have rest stops (sleep if needed). They do however have time constraints and it reads from boondockersbible.com “You can stay at a rest area for a maximum of eighteen (18) hours in any two (2) week period. What this means is that you either spend all 18 hours in just one rest area, or spread it out over several rest areas.” It was a pleasant evening with the highway traffic reducing as it got later.

Report Check-InNo wifi but good cell signal. have stayed a few times. dump station with rinse water and hose on left. I have met the one lady who cleans and empties all the trash bins. really nice. if your trash does not fit in a bin take it with you. restrooms are flush and clean. no sink soap.

standard interstate rest area. a bit noisy, but expected. good for a night's rest. sign says you can stay for (up to) 18 hours
