Description

Parked 2 nights at this park, no one bothered us. There’s multiple port-o-potties. On weekends, they have free concerts in the park. Would only recommend spending nights here after the concert, on the third night here we had some unwanted persons doing donuts in the lot. Nice river walk close by!

Park closes at 11pm it’s not ok to stay here. I was asked to leave at 12:30am. The ranger was nice about it.

Beautiful spot for sunrise! Little bit busy at night- people reving trucks and partying. They left by 9! Peaceful in the morning. A park person came by and picked up the litter from the evening party people. Will come back 👌🏽

Good quiet spot for the night. Will stay again.

Place was so so nice! Beautiful location and full cell signal if you needed to work. We stayed for two nights, first night no issue, second night, a park ranger came and told us that we are not allowed to over night park and directed me where we could. Very nice interaction but the park closes at 11:00, your allowed to park on the street and use the park during the day.

A large park in good location. Looks like there is a pretty sweet mountain bike track as well. Instead of parking in the lower lot with everyone else I kept going and found some upper lots that were completely empty. The spots were level and were near to a Porto potty. I have full Verizon cell service. Didn’t have anyone doing donuts, but there were a couple cars driving through after midnight. View in the morning is very nice. Park seems well maintained. Stayed 1 night.

We decided to stay here in our camper van on a Wednesday a couple nights ago. MISTAKE. Based on where other cars were when we arrived, we ended up parking in the center of the last lot to the right. At about 8pm after we were all settled in, a black corvette whipped into the lot and did like 7 donuts AROUND our van. Honestly pretty terrifying in the moment, so we went back to City Park since we had already stayed there and felt it was safe. Stay safe friends!
