Free, big and empty lot over the weekend. Adjacent to Farmers Market and Pier 21. Security popped by twice to assure us that it was okay to stay overnight, but just don't put out your camping chairs or hang out your laundry to dry. Porta potty and trash cans are locked. Pretty quiet. Stayed two nights.
