We spent a quiet night on this parking/rest area (between the two tunnels, right next to the dam), few people passed by, none bothered us.
The view upon the lake is really nice, the place is perfect for a night. Probably some nice hikes around.
Don't expect anything except a trashcan.
(no signal, no toilets,... NOTHING)

Perfect spot. no trouble and everyone so friendly. The view is spectacular. through the second tunnel there is a large choice of restaurants
