Pictured Canyon picnic area and trailhead has 3 picnic tables (with grills) and a pit toilet. there are about 10 parking spots. roads are in very good condition. i stayed here 1 night and didn't see anybody else. hiking trails are beautiful though there is a lot of cattle around. please make sure to pack out any tan trash to keep this site clean.

It’s a 45 minute drive down rock and dirt road. There is absolutely no Verizon service the entire way there, while you’re there, and on your way back. The person who said is dog friendly either doesn’t have a dog or doesn’t love it, because there are spurs everywhere, and my dog spent five minutes out of the car, trying to find a spot pee and had spurs all over her paws. It is a beautiful spot. It is not what anyone else has said that it is though, so here is your beautiful truth.

Report Check-InVery quiet and very dark. I was the only person there. Doesn't say anything about camping. Doubtful after dark anyone else shows up to check. Some trails nearby that lead to the OK/CO border with interesting rock formations on the way. Stayed here 1 night then off to hike Black Mesa (highest point in Oklahoma) the next day.
