Indeed you can camp here on BLM Land and it’s the only trailhead to the King of Wings. But the access road is in a very bad shape, you will need a high clearance 4x4 for sure. Being on Road 7650 take the South track at
36.20557 -107.98734. Go left round the windmill and follow the fence East and then South to the trailhead. The trail isn’t marked and you have to crawl under the barbed wire to access the trail, please don’t damage it and keep the site clean
