Latest Check-Ins

Everyone along this strip in an “Oversized Vehicle” got a $50 ticket last night, including me. I’m in a Ford E250 with a bubble top. There were lots of regular cars and SUVs without tickets. Only recommended to stay here in a smaller rig. The traffic was also quite loud and rocked my rig most of the night.

Report Check-In

There are signs prohibiting parking from 11pm-5am, but there were a ton of vans and RVs and it’s an industrial area, so I decided to risk it. Got a $50 ticket.

Report Check-In

Knock on campervan window from police at 5am. We were slightly over parking line, no ticket given because from out of country. They were friendly but said lots of problems with motorhomes here, cracking down. They didn’t bother anyone in cars so perhaps if we had parked properly no problems.

Report Check-In

Street parking in a commercial area. Go for a walk in the morning with views of ocean and strawberry fields. Many other vans, RVs, and people sleeping in their car/SUVs. Nearby Museum of Making Music looks cool but I didn't check it out.

Report Check-In

Armada drive has ocean view parking with no parking restriction signs. Extended parking spots, might be tricky for class A unless you could take 2 spaces. Stayed in November and there were a ton of spaces available. Brewery and museum down the street, less than 5 minutes to I-5. Felt completely comfortable sleeping here, not a lot of traffic until 7am (work traffic). Saw quite a few other vans, trucks, campers etc. Overnight parking can be tricky in this area, so this was a great find!
