Some locals demanding 50 pesos to cross the road, they give you a paper with which you can avoid other charges later.

Big blockade with aggressive people. We stopped 100m before. 6 people came to us and wanted my phone. I had it in my hand because of the navi. They said I was taking pictures. They were very aggressive and had guns. I said that I had called the National Guard.
I backed up and turned around. We drove around the area on the 190.
There was nobody at this spot, but a little bit further north. They don’t ask for a certain amount of money. Just some youth that collect some money for whatever reason. We gave 10 Pesos.
