"This is a nice neighborhood with a good percentage of Bogotas top eateries."
We came to park for the ramen around the corner (super tasty), and the attendant said we could sleep in the van here for 20k total for 2 ppl. Bathroom is nice and clean. It's up a hill and around some buildings from the street so not too noisy and kind of nice actually once you head up the slightly steep incline. some height restriction at the entrance but we made it in no problem with our 10ft tall van.
