This is probably the most established, ritzy vet in San Salvador. Seems all the rich locals take their pure breds here to get vet care and grooming (yes, there is a very busy grooming salon here).
We gave our cat a rabies booster and a microchip for $72. Definitely not the cheapest but this place is professional and speaks English.
