Spent the night here. Homes across the street but honestly, so many cars are on the street that any stealth camper would blend right in. Nearby restaurants available and the Eastern Penitentiary is right here too. Nice garden nearby where one can take a walk.

Bond and 22nd on the side of the penitentiary building are always free and unlimited but good luck finding a spot. For bigger rigs; walmart at the river is perfect for day parking, stay out of these small streets 😊
Report Check-InGreat street spot, quiet nice neighborhood, not bothered at all, free on weekends, 2hr parking during the week. Eastern state penitentiary walls on one side, houses on the other. Very close to great bars, coffee, and food. Would only park small rigs here
