RV Park and Campground 12 miles north of Fairbanks. Not sure why this place isn't on this app yet but here it is. As of Oct. 6, 2021 every RV park in and near Fairbanks is closed for the season (though none have updated their websites or Google). Owner Richard messaged me back after 10p on a Tuesday to say that he was officially closed but he could maybe help me out. I have no idea what his normal rates are but he's letting me plug my 19' promaster van into standard with access to hot unlimited, indoor bathrooms and coin laundry for $250/week. Free wifi works near the main building. Friendly. Joan is also super welcoming and lovely. Drinking water is a few hundred feet north up the road on the left - fill up before you get here. Free to fill jugs and open year-round. The water here at the park is full of iron so tinted red and unsuitable for drinking. Was also warned not to launder white clothes (but dark colored clothes should be fine). So grateful they're letting me stay during the off-season. Great owner and manager! Full bars on Google fi. Microwave available in main building.

I was here last night, Sept 12/13 2023. Came at 8PM, nobody but me. Quiet night. At 8 AM came ranger, asked me if I stayed here last night, informed me that it is illegal and I have to leave before next night. No ticket, just warning.
Report Check-InWe drive into this place but couldn’t find anyone to talk to. The number on the office door didn’t work, so we left. There were some other rigs onsite, so it seemed open.
Report Check-InDrive thru lot with electric for $42. Didn’t have a reservation but called ahead and got great customer service. Good for one night stay. Clean bathrooms and showers.
Report Check-Inwe got her knowing it was a little older.. we phoned said the size of our trailers and they said not a problem we got water and power... ( water is now hauled in ) the sites are alot unlevel and very tight to get into. now that being said it is a good site for an over night or 2 as the bath house and laundry house are a great asset. the dryers will take 2 cycles to dry 1 load but they are here..
Cost...$ 42.00 per night (W&P)
washing... $3.00 a wash
drying... $1.50 a dry but need 2 to get them dry
Nice basic setup off the highway. Not too noisy. Super friendly hosts. Unlimited shower, U$40 for electric hookup. You can hang out in the small building if the mosquitoes are too much. Two toilets (female, assume same for males) and four showers.
Report Check-InGreat little campsite, a little rough around the edges but has everything you need. $40 for site electric. Unlimited hot showers, coin operated laundry on site, a kettle and microwave inside. We stayed here for the night before heading up to Prudhoe Bay.
