Cabela’s doesn’t allow overnight parking. Called Sam’s Club - they said they allow it but prefer you park near Jimmy Johns.

Latest Check-Ins

Undisturbed night here, bit of highway noise. We were the only people parked here, between Jimmy Johns and gas station like others had suggested.

Report Check-In

Quiet non-eventful evening (van dweller’s type of overnight:). We parked by the gas station, it was us, a sprinter, and a tractor trailer.

Note: we didn’t call ahead or asked for permission to overnight. We arrived late and left early.

Report Check-In

We were here on a Sunday, so it closes early. We parked near Jimmy John’s as stated. We had a mostly quiet night, except for when the garbage truck for JJ’s came at 3:30am. No big deal. We were thankful for a safe place to stay the night on pavement.

Report Check-In

Stayed here for the night without issue. A tractor trailer and sprinter were already there when I arrived. Parked in between Jimmy John’s and gas station.

Report Check-In

Great place for a couple nights while getting some NP’s under our belt. Sleeping friends when we were there.

Report Check-In

Just like below, big lot at Sam’s club. We got here around 7:30pm on a Sunday, they close at 6. We parked on the jimmy johns side by the gas station. Couple other vans started to join us. Seems quiet and safe.

Report Check-In

Much better spot to stay than the Walmart near by. Called and asked permission to stay overnight in our camper and we were told that it was fine and to park near the gas station. When we arrived, there were already three other vans and RVs in the parking lot. Quiet night. Would stay again.

Report Check-In

Didn't ask for permission when pulling in, I just went straight to the back by Jimmy John's and the Gas station. spots are pretty level and there was strong Verizon service. 2 other big size rigs pulled in and had their generators going and nobody said anything, peaceful sleep other than the road noise that picks up fairly early.

side note: Decided against staying at Plant Fitness because it's not open 24 hours on weekends (like when I arrived). Closes early at 7pm on weekends.

Report Check-In

Manager said we can stay 24 hours. It was pretty quiet for the most part and had plenty of Verizon service. There was another Vanlife around as well.

Report Check-In

arrived too late to go in and ask for permission but there was an employee in the parking lot leaving. I asked him if it was okay to park overnight. he said yes as long as I parked down there, and he pointed toward the gas pumps. I was the only one parked there all night. it was very quiet, well lit. Great rest stop.

Report Check-In

Great place to stay! There was one other camper there with us. :)

Report Check-In

We opted to stay here overnight in a blizzard instead of one of the off road sites by a river a previously chose. This lot was a saving grace, considering the 6” of snowfall we got overnight! The surrounding areas were plowed quickly and we didn’t have a problem leaving in our Ram Promaster van. Like the other reviews said, we parked near Jimmy Johns and had no issues. There was one other car and RV near us. Lot was well lit and felt safer than overnighting at Walmart around the corner. Some highway noise but didn’t bother us too much.

Report Check-In

Stayed here with 2 other rigs no problem. It felt less exposed than the Walmart around the corner.

Report Check-In

Arrived after close, stayed until 7 AM next morning. No issues, but holiday weekend and just passing through for 1 night.

Report Check-In

Called the store and asked if overnight parking was acceptable, and they said yes. Just park down by jimmyjohns. Good nights sleep.

Report Check-In

We stayed here overnight without a problem. We parked far from the entrance so as to not get in the way of the customers, and no-one said anything. There was a bit of snow overnight but the lot was cleared quickly.
