Description
Was getting gas at the Costco gas and the attendant mentioned that RV's overnight behind the Costco. Parked at the back side of the Costco and spent a night no problems. Some freeway noise but not bad.

Large lot on the left of Cosco. Stayed the night, wasn't too bad. it's in between 2 highways, so wouldn't recommend in summer when you have the windows open, but with the windows closed, it really wasn't horrible. Would stay again since it's the only place around Salem allowing overnight parking!
Report Check-InLarge back lot off to the left as you enter. Road noise, but not too bad at night. Very well lit. One semi in back corner, he left in the night. Another semi came in and rested a while. Several camper vans. I pulled in to get out of rain & long weekend traffic. Spent 2 nights. My rig is long & I’m towing. No problem being here. Large open space to maneuver. Just tuck back into the far back so you’re not in employee parking or delivery area.
Report Check-InGot the advice of not staying here since there were problems with drunk teenagers recently and the police checks quite often, fines could go up to $350. Instead, the nearby hotel and Fridays were suggested as alternatives.

Very nice, large lot in back of Costco. It’s noisy from the highway, but can’t beat free! Was a good place to stay after not wanting to overstay my welcome close to Salem.
Report Check-InLarge parking lot at the back. You can even reach the wifi from the Marriott. We were 2 RVs. No problem. Nice spot close to Boston.
Report Check-InNice parking lot, tried Lowes before and saw no overnight parking signs, happy to see that Costco still offers its parking lot.
Report Check-InI called ahead and overnight parking is allowed. We didn’t feel the safest here and it was super noisy so we moved to Lowes.
