Tillis Hill Recreation Area in Withlacoochee State Forest. Address, 9231 South Trail 13. Campsites with electric and water hookups. Dump station located near exit of campground. Clean bathrooms with hot/cold showers. Horse stalls also available. Must drive down gravel road to reach location. Fees range between $13-$22 depending on the season. Booking gives you 4 digit code for lock at camp entrance. Firewood can be found near first bathroom/showers upon entry. A donation is expected.

If you enjoy calm this is the perfect place. hidden jewel ! We spent a couple of days. If you are senior there is a rebate. Staff people are friendly.

Report Check-In*NOT dog friendly!!!! I think it’s because they are worried the dogs could spook the horses? We didn’t know this before coming so had to sneak in our pup anyway and thankfully had the whole campground to ourselves so it wasn’t a problem ;) other than that, this place was amazing! Tons of wide open space, clean bathrooms and showers and you just reserve online! Firewood by donation, horses welcome. Really beautiful campground!!!
Report Check-InNice campsite, flat and level asphalt pad (#34) though some around the outside of the loop were fairly sloped. Electric and water at all sites. 2 miles down hard packed sand/gravel road.
