Just along the highway at the turn off to the Bear Cove Ferry. Big town welcome sign with gravel lot. No signs against overnight. Picnic bench avaliable. Got in late and left early, 1 or 2 other cars stopped but didn’t stick around long. Quiet and perfect if you’re waiting on an early ferry!!

Bright parking light, but very quiet even on the highway.
You can also just camp/park overnight at the ferry terminal. Although the parking lot lights were on.
Report Check-InLarge gravel space, close to Port Hardy and the ferry terminal. Room for numerous vehicles: six when we arrived last night, three still here in the morning. Two picnic tables, no signage against stopping. Easy to spot with the large wind turbine blade display.
