Just along the highway at the turn off to the Bear Cove Ferry. Big town welcome sign with gravel lot. No signs against overnight. Picnic bench avaliable. Got in late and left early, 1 or 2 other cars stopped but didn’t stick around long. Quiet and perfect if you’re waiting on an early ferry!!

Good spot to sleep after arriving with the ferry late at night. A few other campers and quiet from the road. No sign that says no overnight camping.

Arrived late before an early morning ferry. Several campers already there. A roof top tent, a camper etc.

Bright parking light, but very quiet even on the highway.

You can also just camp/park overnight at the ferry terminal. Although the parking lot lights were on.

Large gravel space, close to Port Hardy and the ferry terminal. Room for numerous vehicles: six when we arrived last night, three still here in the morning. Two picnic tables, no signage against stopping. Easy to spot with the large wind turbine blade display.
