Parking lot of the Mary Winspear Community Center. You must make a reservation sand it costs $22.50 a night with the possibility of electricity. You must pay (cash or debit) while the box-office is open to obtain your permit. Multiple nights allowed. Relatively quiet during the night - consider using ear plugs. Close to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants.

Stayed the night here. Had no issues, no one bugged us! Apparently street parking next to this location is ok too. A lady who lives in her van in this area said when they get kicked out they move to the street for the night.
