wonderful place at the end of a little side road. we had been driving to several campsites in the area only to find them all full. we took a chance and turned down this road. perfect band accessible. if you go to the end there is a large clearing with a fire pit. we were able to fit our 28' bus and a SUV with lots of room to still let the dogs out and run around. excellent reception too!
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Exactly as described! Look for the turn out at a sharp angle about 300 ft before the pin on the left when travelling East towards Hoh forest (after, right side, when going West away from Hoh). Gravel road with some potholes but very passable even for non-lifted 2WD. Large gravel space at the end had room for more than 1 vehicle but we were alone and it was a very quiet and pleasant night. Keep it clean so it doesn’t get closed off!!
Report Check-InThis is a great private location. You could fit a few vans up here but there is only one clearing. The ground is relatively level. You will hear road noise from the nearby road. It's not bad though.
Report Check-InDead end. Private. Off the road and is quite. My lucky day. Strong Verizon service too! Four bars!
