Kilton Hill Campground | Established Campground

Stopped in to tent for a night on a cross continent trip. Great spot, there was lots of room to tent (SUV hatchback tent). Far enough from the highway to hear very little traffic noise. Very reasonable at $29 / night. Looks like brand new bathroom and shower. Friendly camp host met us and gave us some options where to set up. There is a short gravel road to get to it. Would definitely recommend.

wow , camping Électricité, dumping station et le gentil monsieur nous a remplis l'eau directement chez lui !! un homme très accueillant, des enfants fort aimable et des petits chats adorable. on est totalement en sécurité ! et c'est magnifique !

Malgré la saison tardive, Nick a pu nous accueillir dans son camping et fournir électricité et Wifi. Nous avions fait le plein d’eau et de propane avant d’arriver, ce fut un bref séjour tout confort. Nous aurions du arriver plus tôt, le manque d’éclairage nous a fait rater l’entrée mais Nick est venu à la rescousse pour nous conduire à bon port! C’est une bénédiction d’avoir ces installations disponibles même aux portes de l’hiver! Ça vaut largement les $31,50 payés par virement.

J'ai fait ma réservation par courriel pour le soir même. Réponse très rapide, le camping est en partie fermé à ce temps-ci de l'année, mais comme il habite au même endroit il loue aux quelques voyageurs qui passe. Tout les services sont accessibles sauf l'eau puisque nous sommes au moins de novembre et que ça risque de gelé. Bel endroit, propre et un petit parc.

Very nice campground with services. 30 amp, water, sewer, showers and toilets.
2 km from highway 1. Very quiet, shout out to owner (Nick) who is a total gentleman. Campground is clean and very well kept and looked after. Fits all sizes of rigs. I totally recommend this campground. Price is very reasonable.
