Latest Check-Ins

Asked permission in the visitor center and was told it was fine, and spent a quiet night. However, the police came around at 8:30am and knocked on our door as well as the four other campers and informed us that camping in city limits is prohibited.

Report Check-In

Lot across the street from the visitor center was great. No problems and open restrooms from 8am to 7pm.

Report Check-In

A bit noisier than I would have wished for but there's safety in numbers. 3-4 other rigs also sleeping in the parking lot across visitors center, just across the train tracks if the pins stays where it's at. Look at pictures to see the park everyone is staying at. The noise that bothered me the most was from some airplanes early in the morning, airport is 5 min away.

Report Check-In

Parked in the lot across from the Visitor Center which backs up to some picnic tables and some railroad tracks. Lovely area with many visitors participating in a scavenger hunt around the Visitor Center. No "no parking" or other signs in this parking lot, thought there is a sign that says that the park is closed between 11PM and 6AM. Another van and two car campers spent the overnight with us. Very quiet night without any knocks on the door. Left no trace. Pretty and well kept little town with some fabulous restaurants and a great view of the mountains.

Report Check-In

Quiet at night. A bit noisy in the morning. Staying here for two nights.

Report Check-In

Just in front of visiter center. Small Park with picnic tables. Noise during day but quiet at night. Stay for one night with another camper.
