The dump station is behind the Flying J store itself.
It was open, cost $10. There was a water spigot, but it was turned off due to it being early spring I’m sure. There is also an air line to fill your tires if you need to. Easy in, Easy out.
There is no fresh water available here, I asked inside and guy said no that it is not okay to drink
