Adding this to the map just in case it is of interest to others. The coordinates in Google are incorrect. The embassy of India is also nearby. We stopped in and the lady working was very helpful. She speaks English, French, and Portuguese.
We dropped our passports off and she was able to get us an extended Visa for an upcoming trip to Gabon.

Very friendly people. I got my visa within 2 hours for an express charge of 20$ (or 500 local Dobra). They only wanted 2 passport photos and the visa form, no flights, no hotel reservation, no local contact. Opening hours are 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday (the person who handled my visa only arrived at 9).
