What an amazing place! If you are lucky enough to reverse your van at the end of the road, just before your private beach, you will be able to enjoy the tranquility of an exceptional place. Take out your camping chairs, plan some good refreshments and admire the view. Get your swimsuit!

Someone is park in the entrance way, even if there is a lot of space for others people, selfish man doesn’t want to share this pretty spot… unfortunately IOverlander is not what it was…

Bel endroit, tranquille et propre. De la place pour plusieurs. La petite plage et l’eau sont superbes. Moto friendly.

Exactly as described. Pretty easy to find, one other camper was there but there is room for many, at least 6 without being crowded. No sign at all prohibiting parking or camping overnight so it’s all good. The lake is clean but super shallow here, I went for a refreshing “swim” . No garbage no water but such a lovely spot, too bad it’s raining, we could have stayed a couple of nights and enjoy the beach.

Stayed one night, really great spot! was worried about the exposure to the lake causing the van to get cold but it wasn't cold at all! the spot itself is on the far side of a big parking lot, which was covered in water when I got here, still passable for a ram promaster. overall recommended!

Excellent spot on the beach - small spot right on the beach, lot before large enough for many.
Super-quiet and dark at night. Slept really well.
No services but 2 bar signal.

Best Beach Location on Southern Superior with excellent privacy. Fabulous shallow wade in style beach with sand everywhere.

As described, very quiet, lot of space. We have a van and there was a car with a roof tent and a school bus and still enough space to move around. Close to the road to stop and keep going but far enough to be quiet. Very peaceful place next to the lake.

Beautiful spot! Had the place to ourselves for the night. Enjoyed the fireworks. The water is very shallow and can walk out a ways.

Good spot away from highway. There was a total of 6 vehicles the night we were their and there was still plenty of space.

Incredible spot! Still no « no parking sign », we arrived around 8pm and stayed for the night. No one came while we were there!

Spot incroyable! Toujours pas de pancarte « no parking », on est arrivés autour de 8pm et on est restés pour la nuit. Personne n’est venu pendant qu’on y était.

Nice and quiet spot by Havilland Bay shore. No sign indicating overnight prohibited. Canada Park vehicle came in the morning but didn’t stop./très bel emplacement sur la rive de Havilland Bay. Aucun panneau interdisant de stationner pour la nuit. Véhicule de Parc Canada est passé le matin et n’a pas arrêté.

Nice wild parking spot 20 feet from the beach.
Good for all types of vehicles.
We have a 32” RV with a car a the back and we have plenty of room to turn around.

Sunset view and all kind of birds
No garbage can here
No electricity
No water

Amazing spot to back in and enjoy the shallow beach! Room for one on the beach and a small van tucked off the ring road for the boat launch.

As described. One great spot that backs onto the beach. Another shady spot with privacy but no access to the beach. You may also opt to camp in the gravel parking lot, but there won't be any privacy.
River water is cold and lake water warm this time of year. Unfortunately, the lake is very shallow at this location, so getting more than your ankles wet is a challenge.

Down the road from Havilland Beach. Large gravel lot for boat access into the lake, BUT through the trees there is a path just wide enough for van to back into….giving you access to your own private beach!
