water spigot next to parking lot just behind beach pavilion...may be obscures by insulation cover to prevent freezing in winter

Water is off 11.17.23 w the thermal cover over it. Right next to the pavilion.
Report Check-InWater wasn’t on when we went. Could’ve just been turned off for winter. Spigot was so low to the ground it would be best to bring a hose. Could be used to fill up water bottles better than jugs
