Cute little lake-front space a little off the road. Plenty of ducks, beavers and muskrats to observe. Had some issues putting tent pegs into the gravel ground but fairly level and quiet at night. Pit toilets just a walk away.
Report Check-InOpen, even loop down at lake. Only space for one vehicle unless you are friends and can park side by side. Beavers and ducks. Water is brown but fine for washing. Pit toilets not in the loop, is along pullout of road
Report Check-InThis is a large pullout/rest stop. Most folks just stop to use the facilities or check if there are any birds on the lake to get photos of, but we and two other RVs stayed overnight spread out as there’s so much room. Road noise died off about 10:00 pm. Starlink works well here.
Report Check-InArea open. Large place to park, even big rings. 2 pit toilets.
We 've seen a nice grey wolf on the road, from the car. 15m from us, around 10pm !
This area is gone as there is a massive road construction project underway. The Rest Stop is still physically there but currently closed.
Report Check-InThere was a truck parked there, but the guys in the cabin opposite said it was fine to camp, there just turn the construction water pump on at 7/8am. Nice spot next to the lake if/when the maintenance is done. We saw another cyclists camped in the forest at the same spot. Probably not suitable for campervans at the moment
Report Check-InLot of road construction going here. The entrance to this spot is blocked at the moment but it does look like a nice spot.
