Description

Street parking next to a field and ditch with houses on the other side. No signs...just residential parking. I stayed the night with no issues. I think as long as you were the only van and keeping lights off when you arrive, there would be no issue.

Perfect place to park and RV to explore downtown napa. I parked here from 1p-7p. Decided to stay the night at Walmart instead for better leveling but nobody bothered me while I was here.

Easy discrete spot. Definitely a one night spot. Woke up at 6am to a couple drunk people trying to open our door then throwing up behind the van at their car for 30 minutes. Instant karma there. Other than that it was easy peasy, just be courteous.

As described. Stayed one night in our Sprinter. Arrived 9pm. Left at 830am. No issues.

There was an RV in that location so we’re back about 150’. Quite with a few cars driving by.

Really good place. I was the only one there. Quiet. Super convenient when visiting Napa (only a few minutes walk to the downtown area).

Super super quiet night ! Perfect for downtown Napa. Highly recommended. The park and ride place that is the only other marked place in Napa is absolutely closed !

One side of this segment of this secluded street is available for hassle-free parking. As long as we are quiet and invisible, there should be no problem as we are in a residential area. Thankfully, this side of the street borders a vacant lot, with trees and greenery. Very nice. A plus : the walking distance to the downtown area 😁

Nice quiet spot. We came in late in the evening and there was plenty of parking. A few other campers were parked here as well.

Actually a very beautiful spot in front of a ditch with a tree. Quiet nice street parking. No one bothered us, but we also made sure to be quiet and to close all drapes so no one could look into the inside. We stayed one night as we passed by. Be respectful of the neighbors, so we can all keep using the spot :)

It's a quiet, very wide street in a residential area. There are no houses on one side of the street, but you are right across from houses on the other side. It's a really great location overall. Walkable to downtown with lots of nice restaurants and shops, Oxbow market, and the Saturday farmers market. However...

IMPORTANT NOTE: At least one home owner is aware this is an RV hotspot. He came out of his house to check out our rig both nights that we stayed there. The second night (a few days after the first) I went over to talk to him and assured that we're normal, responsible people. He said he's noticed lots of RVs parking there and although he knows it's perfectly legal he's worried about visitors dumping their trash and making a mess. He told me he thinks this address must be listed on a website somewhere — which I didn't confirm nor deny.

There are RVs in lots of spots throughout this neighborhood, so if you're looking for a more inconspicuous place I'd consider staying elsewhere. Although technically it *is* legal for up to 72 hours in a row, as long as you don't mind concerned looks from the neighbors.

my partner and I didn't spend the night here but I want to add some more spots for the next travelers.
