Next to a city park overlooking the ocean. Free, unmetered parking. Street sweeping Tuesday and Friday mornings 8a-9a, otherwise no restrictions.
Public toilets on the beach about 5min walk away. Beach also has cold showers.
I’ve been here for 2 days with no problem (van, not stealth).
