Free first-come first-serve campground about an hour from the main entrance to Zion National Park. There are 6 spots available and a nice view nearby, and pit toilets. Apparently it’s only open May-September, as the weather allows. It’s down a gravel road that’s supposedly impassable in wet weather. You can stay for up to 14 nights, but we just stayed for 2. Didn’t have any T Mobile cell service at the camp, but if you go down to the overlook a few minutes away I could get a bar or two.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
No longer first-come, first-serve. Need a reservation online (recreation.gov, I think)
