Latest Check-Ins

Saw a post on the town pump that no more overnight stay allowed here. Also a guy on his lawn mower honda decided to do donuts on the gravel. Didnt bother staying

Report Check-In

Stayed here again last night, great as always no problems.

Coffee shacks gone

Report Check-In

Just as described, wasn’t bothered. Will be staying on occasion for the next couple of months… will update if asked to move.

Nice large area to park, parked next to two large trees closer to the river. Saw police driving around in the morning and they never bothered us so I figure they must be okay with it. Snowed over night and when we left the large area we parked in didn’t get plowed. (Could be a good or bad thing depending how you view it). You can hear the train but It didn’t bother me much.

Also a nice coffee shack right there

Awesome hidden gem. We parked next to the water and had no issues staying overnight

Report Check-In

As described. The dog park and trails were great. We hopped in the Yellowstone River and enjoyed it for a bit. This is also only 30 minutes away from
Chico Hot Springs. Great spot for a couple of nights.

Stayed here on a friday end of april, no issues. Parked on the street by the park, one side says no parking at all times, the other side has no signs. Came in late, left semi early, stayed in a stealthy van. I've read that someone else waa asked to leave by the cops so YMMV.

Seems too good to be true but stayed 2 nights in a 40ft Class A and nobody said a word. Level and right along the river. There is power available near the rec center if you need it. Really strong TMobile and Verizon 5G. Walkable to downtown. The immediate area is an off leash dog park.... lots of people and dogs using the adjacent trail but everyone so friendly and they seem proud that the city allows overnight camping. Very Montana vibe!

Report Check-In

Still checks out good. Quiet spot other than the train in the distance. Don’t be a trash-hole and ruin it.

Report Check-In

Large parking area next to the Recreation Center, pavilion stage, lagoon and river. It's an off-leash pet area along the river if you keep your pet within 60 feet (the larger, main park area does not allow dogs).
We arrived early, parked our 23ft RV by the two large trees near the river, saw three other vans park at dark. Train nearby was not very loud. Quiet otherwise.
Any size rig would fit here.
No signs forbidding overnight parking, their website mentions park hours 7am-11pm, but nobody bothered us.
Saw hoses for water but didn't use them.
There may be what looks like electric hookups available by the pavillion/stage area, but we didn't use them.
