These are free campgrounds provided by the city of Littlefield. You get 4 nights free, then $20 per night after that. Water, electric, and dump available, and two porta potties on site. There are horseshoes, fields, and picnic tables too! Great T-Mobile signal, we stayed here all day and worked. Would definitely stop here again. o and 5 bars of 5g signal at&t and sprint!!
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Nothing special, but does the trick while traveling through! Grateful for this option!
Report Check-InFREE spots (donations box suggested), picnic tables, shady areas, trash, water and electricity hookup. Right off the highway but it was a peaceful night. NO bathroom so keep that in mind - there are plenty of businesses within a 10 min walk if you want to ask to use theirs. Plenty of spots, only about 4 of us there on a Sunday night.
Report Check-InCity RV park. 4 days free, then $20/day, donations accepted. Flat sites, some pull through, some with picnic tables. Power and water hookups included, dump station on site. Power is only 30 amp (the few 20 amp outlets I found were not working), so make sure you have the right adapter. Hardware store next door does not stock 30 amp male to 20 amp female adapter.
Report Check-InFree, with electricity and water but no bathroom. Shady place with nice mature trees, it was perfect for one night. It’s right on highway 84 so you can hear/see traffic. Please consider leaving a donation to help maintain the site!
Report Check-InLegit. You’re going to want to drive past here to the little BBQ trailer parked in front of an auto shop.
Report Check-InGreat free spots of up to 18 or more because it extends to the next block. Water, Electric, Dump, Pet Rest Area! No Rest rooms. Stayed here for 4 days with no issues. Quiet & friendly town. 3 base ball fields next door and a 20 horseshoe pits. Donations requested. Thank you Littlefield. You’re one in a million!
Report Check-InWe arrived Tuesday evening after 10:00 p.m. and we had no problem finding a spot. It was dark, very little road noise. I didn't see any porta potties.
Report Check-InAs described. It appears that these are in many of the small towns in N Texas north of I-10. The next 3 towns south also have them.
Quiet after 10pm with mild road noise.
Stayed 1 night. Would stay again if traveling through the panhandle.
Report Check-Incan't believe this is free! water, power, dumpster, picnic tables, etc. love seeing Waylon's boot prints and ceremonial horseshoe.
Report Check-InTiny place just off the side of the road. Plenty of shade and free electricity&water. No bathrooms or anything but a handy spot to camp out.
Report Check-InPerfect spot for a quick overnight. We got in late on a Saturday night and there was only 1 other person there. It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed for a quick, easy stay. Would definitely stop here again.
Report Check-Inwe showed up at 10:40 on a Friday night. Around half of the spaces were taken, but we had no trouble finding an empty spot and hooking up to power.
Report Check-InQuiet and clean. Please leave a donation to keep these places open. Coming across NM and West Texas these places are true oasis’s.
Report Check-InPulled in at 1030, there were a few spots available. felt safe, great cell phone coverage, free.99
Report Check-Inpulled in late at 10pm - spot was open! Never seen a free rv camp with free power 🤘 Donations requested

Quiet this time of year, only one other RV. Pull through dirt spots for large rigs. smaller spots have table and some shade when there are leaves on the trees.
