awesome camp site on the top of a ridge. great views in every direction. passing along the ridgeline in my cargo van was a little sketchy. I would not try this any an RV. primative camp with nothing but beauty. no trees up here so there is no wood for a fire, but with the high winds up here I would not start a fire anyway.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Got here after dark, but used Gaia maps for the last bit of gravel roads. I wasn't sure there would be anything here, but you can trust the coordinates. It was a windy and rocky spot, but flat enough for my tent and a fine place to spend the night. Good star gazing.
Report Check-InBeautiful quiet spot, spent a night and saw an nice sunset and sunrise
Report Check-InGreat spot at the end of the road. Possible spot just before at the gas pipe fencing. Gala gps app shows the road the best. A couple sandy spots half way on the dirt road but just keep it moving. If it is wet may have problems. I an in a 2 x4 transit 150 with falcon tires. I have good cell service 3 bars.
