Found this spot on our way to Oregon. Turn right after you exit the highway and the pavement immediately ends. Fairly level wide spot on the left. Dirt road seems manageable by all vehicles. I will say the Mormon Crickets are EVERYWHERE! We rolled in at midnight and left early so we didn’t have to frolic with them long. Minimal road noise and good cell service.

dirt road that has a few pull offs. good gravel road. cross the cattle guard. the best spot is just before the power crosses the road.
Report Check-InAs described. We’re camped up the hill on a flat clearing. 2WD dry tracks, 4WD if damp. Shooting leftover trash. Very quiet isolate location
Report Check-InThis is a great spot. Quiet, beautiful, not a lot of flies or biting insects, the unraveled road is perfect for hiking or walking your dog. You can drive back the road and find additional spots further from the road. Verizon 4 bars at 1.9 Mbps
Report Check-InWhen I got off the highway the road was blocked off by a rope with flags, and a whole bunch of cows on the other side. I think I’ll go to the next one.
Report Check-InVery easy to get to off I80 exit 271 westbound. Turn right when exiting the freeway and the road immediately crosses a cattle guard and turns dirt. Heavy tire ruts show this is not a good place in rain but it was dry and easy for us. We went up about a half mile to a it super flat open space. Good AT&T and T-Mobile coverage. Very quiet with no other traffic. Can barely hear the interstate traffic but mostly just heard birds. Good place for overnight.
Report Check-InNice little spot right off the highway. A few pull offs on a dirt road. Great cell service (Verizon). Stars were amazing.
