They’re cracking down on the spot. All the rigs, both shiny new and older got stickers on the windows in the morning. Some rigs have been there for ages and are buried in snow, looking pretty sad. So, YMMV.

Report Check-InPlace is chill. Plenty of other campers. There’s some cars and trailers that have clearly been here for months; even one with a warning (not a ticket) on it saying that it would be towed three months ago and it’s still there. Even spoke to another RV owner who said he’d been here for a week without problems. Community centre right across the street opens at 6 but is $25 for a day pass.
Report Check-InThere are signs that say no overnight parking, but there are at least 3 other vans/campers here that don't look like they've moved in a while. Since last night was the 4th, they used this lot as "event parking" and the attendant told me it would be fine to stay the night.
Report Check-InStayed for two nights, few other vans in lot overnight. ESPAR on most, if not all vans, were running, so we weren’t very stealth. Signs around stating no overnight parking, but not hassled.

Report Check-InLarge parking lot between shopping and restaurant area and new construction apartment/condo buildings. Lots of construction trailers / other storage trailers already parked in this area. Other overlander vans and trailers parked overnight. I stayed last night with no issues. It was a little loud at times with driving through, etc. but it calmed down into the evening.
This area has lots of electric outlets and water use options throughout the condo/shopping area. They also have public WiFi that reaches the parking area but is much stronger in the park.
