Description

Beautiful views of the dam, protected from both prying eyes and any wind.

Don’t go down the hill when you get to these coordinates. VERY SANDY and very steep. This is the perfect spot.

Few rocks to navigate around but unused path is clear and easy to follow.

Breathtaking sunsets and sunrises.

BIG RIGS: No issue with height. I drive a Toyota Hilux / Revo bakkie / ute and had no issues with rocks on either side.

Just be aware of the rocks 🤘

very nice bush camp! totally recommended! we didn't dare to drive down the steep sandy hill with our 4x4, and the view from the top is nicer anyway. I wouldn't come here with a big rig, the path turns between big rocks and is very narrow..

Very quiet place to stay for a night or more. No one around. Far from road. Flat, sandy ground. Nice view. The wind came up in the morning only. You can easily stop anywhere on the way to this spot, plenty of space !

Still one of the best place for sleep in the wild in Namibia. A very quite night with a lot of birds like Pelikans, Flamingos…. around and on the lake.

Great spot, we stayed 2 nights. We went down the deep sand tracks to be in between two trees to be out of wind. You will need to deflate tires to climb back up in low gear and diff locks on. Mtc signal good on top of hill, spotty down below. Relatively clean, some toilet paper here and there. No one disturbed us.
