Big area near the NF road. Fairly level and space for a few big rigs. Some views and cell service. The area is very quiet with almost no traffic even on the 4th of July.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
As advertised, great spot for multiple rigs/cars. Lots of pull offs on the way up right next to the road if you have a van and this spot it full. Didn’t go any further upas it took me about 40 minutes to get up here, but I bet there are more spots
Report Check-InThe directions google maps send you on end at a closed road. Unclear if there are other ways to the site.
Report Check-InAlmost as described. The road up and the path off the road to the campsite would be challenging for most trailers and larger RVs. No problem with my 19' Promaster. Most of the road is graded gravel, but there is a hole in the middle of a steep ravine crossing. It's marked with a small marker and will probably be repaired soon.
