Accessible from a turnoff on the TransCanada highway in Hadashville (see photo). Gravel roads are a bit rough but doable even in a small vehicle, The roads will lead you to a few campsites on an open hill facing Whitemouth River. There are fire pits. Stars are lovely, beavers in the water, lots of big harmless flies, less mosquitos but still around. Saw many fireflies and even an owl. Quite quiet, try not to leave your car doors open too long because the flies kept getting stuck. Didn’t access the river for water, but it seemed to be a long walk away down the hillside.

beautiful spot with enough room for multiple rigs
very quiet on a sunday night.
people had multiple fire rings made in the area.
some garbage, but i cleaned what i could up before i left. some down the riverbank drop off.
Nice spot with a few spots for vans or smaller. If coming from west, don’t trust the GPS on the first road it takes you to, that one is inaccessible. Go down to rge rd 66 (I believe) and navigate from there. Quiet spot overlooking the river. No river access nearby, too steep and high up. Lots of other spots - but closer to highway with access to ponds that look fine to rinse off in.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot up a steep bank from the river, good road access, a bit sandy at camp spot access, two or three good level spots to set up on.
Report Check-InGreat and quiet little spot, although a bit difficult to find as it’s all unmarked dirt roads. While making breakfast we could hear nearby gunshots and some locals told us it was grouse hunting season. The locals were also worried that the spot being on an app would mean the beautiful area would not be as well kept so please keep it clean!
Report Check-InA really lovely spot by the river. As you drive down the dirt/gravel road there are a lot of spots to pull into and camp, but the extra drive is worth it for this river-side spot.
My Class B van handled the road fine, there are a few low hanging branches to the left of the fire pit.
Cellular signal was two bars and enough to send emails and such.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot as described, accessible with 2wd car. Totally quiet at night and nice views of the river.
Report Check-Inbeautiful spot. nice view and quiet. owls at night and beavers in the morn. epic
