Water apparently turned off for the season. My best guess is though turn it on May 1st because that seems to be when signage says the gorge will be open but that's just a guess.

Hours of Operation:
Mid-May to late-June: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm;
Late-June to early-September: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm;
Early-September though October: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
If you arrive after hours, you will not have to pay the $10. Go to the entrance and immediately do a u-turn. The dump is right there and there is also potable water.
