This is a large gravel pit area a short distance off the highway.
There are LOTS of various places to park here for an overnight.
It appears the locals use it for dirt biking and atv’ing and someone has dumped some garbage here in one area.
The roads continue in different directions but we did not explore.
The road coming in was rough with some ruts but we made it in 2wd in our truck and camper towing a 20ft enclosed cargo trailer. Big class A’s might have issues but a truck and travel trailer should be fine. If the side road is wet, it may cause issues so be aware.
Very peaceful here with a partial view of the lake.
NO ROAD noise or train tracks close by.

Large open area a short distance 9ff the highway. Traveling with 2 large dogs. This was the perfect overnight spot for us.
Report Check-InGood one nighter to get some rest during longer drive. Currently some heavy equipment on far end of the gravel , no one bothered us.
